Why am I unhealthy?

Here is why I'm unhealthy. Face it fast food has become many American citizens daily energy intake. I eat greasy burgers the pissed off cook probably just spit on because his girlfriend just dumped him because he couldn't find a job where he made more than minimum wage. I eat 4,000 calories a day with approximately walking to my car and back or, up and down the stairs four times as my daily workout. This is average Americans daily routine. Mostly because after a long hard eight hour day of work, we still have to come home to the kids, clean, and i mean come on after that who really wants to waste another 30 minutes cooking when there is a five guys (with huge greasy burgers and fries that fill the whole bottom of the bag), or there burger king with the chicken fries your kids cant get enough of. Now a days kids prefer "fast food" over a good healthy home cooked meal. Wait did i just healthy? I really prefer not to know whats in my meat at food lion. I guarantee a cow shot up with major steroids produced that beef last night or a pig on a unhealthy diet was in the bacon i had on my sandwich this morning for breakfast. Yeah i could go to the gym but my life is so busy. That statement pisses me off as its the 300 pound Rolly Polly who goes to a fast food place for every meal saving over an 1 of cooking. His kids probably don't even know what play 60 is. I guess its just me but apperntly "fast food" is overly disgusting when you look closely at it. The chicken is mashed up like grandmas mashed potatoes at thanksgiving. Really McDonalds make your food look more appealing at least in your "pursuit of healthy foods." I guess in the united states we are all biased of the subject due to being around it daily. We all have these things there called excuses. We use them so that way we can get away with things without feeling guilty about our selves. That is why your unhealthy. Im not saying by by any means go vegan on us that's a totally different subject. All I'm saying is if you can afford to ear out at a fast food place at least hit the gym, go on a jog, etc.. I guess ill hit the gym on that note. Getting my healthy streak on.
